Films starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu together include Vijaypath, Haqeeqat, Thakshak, Fitoor, Drishyam, Golmaal Again, De De Pyaar De, Drishyam 2, and Bholaa. Fans were obviously overjoyed when word leaked out that the pair will be reuniting in the musical love story Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha. Before the trailer was finally shown at a Mumbai event, with the cast & composer MM Keeravani in attendance, teasers, posters, and stills served to heighten the anticipation. When the trailer opens, we see a young couple and the girl asks, “Agar humein kisi ne alag kar diya toh?” Aisa paida nahin hua abhi tak, the boy informs her. Starring Jimmy Shergill, Saiee Manjrekar, and Shantanu Maheshwari, the film spans 22 years from 2000 to 2023. Its popularity will be expanded by its multilingual publication.
Ajay Devgn plays Krishna in the teaser. Krishna is a prisoner who is almost out of his 22-year term after allegedly committing two murders as a youngster. Krishna shockingly refuses to be set free because he is afraid of the outside world. But Tabu, who was once in love with Krishna but is now wed to Jimmy Shergill’s character, is looking forward to his homecoming. Often, the trailer switches to flashbacks, presenting Shantanu and Saiee as the younger Ajay and Tabu, whose love was dashed by Krishna’s detention. After his freedom, Krishna gets back together with Tabu and answers her husband’s urgent inquiry regarding the real reason of the crime, suspensefully.
With Ajay Devgn’s shayari evoking memories of his parts in movies like Diljale and Diwale, the trailer arouses tremendous nostalgia for the 1990s. The trailer’s two songs—one by Jubin Nautiyal—composed by the well-known MM Keeravani enhance the emotional depth of the movie.
Ajay Devgn posted a movie teaser last month that showed him and Tabu having fun with colors and hugging while celebrating Holi. The tragic storyline of the movie is hinted at in the action-packed sequences that had Ajay in a jail uniform. Exciting fans for the July 5, 2024, release of the movie, Ajay captioned the teaser, “Dushman the hum hi apne.”
The highly regarded director of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, A Wednesday, and Special 26, Neeraj Pandey, is behind the camera for Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, which looks to be an engaging fusion of drama and romance. Under NH Studios and A Friday Filmworks Production, Shital Bhatia, Narendra Hirawat, and Kumar Mangat Pathak produced the picture, which is sure to win over viewers this summer.
