Senapathy (Kamal Hasan) hasn’t been seen in public for years now, after his famous fight against graft. The society he fought to clean up has changed, but the graft has grown stronger and is now linked to new kinds of power and influence.
We see an older, grizzled Senapathy living alone, haunted by memories of the wars he has fought in the past. Even though his family has grown, he is still unhappy because he can feel that corruption and unfairness are coming back around him.
